COVID-19 Guidelines & Questionnaire
Please read carefully.
We ask you check in at the front door. At that time, you will have your temperature taken.
If your service provider is not ready, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car.
Due to strict capacity limits we ask that you arrive alone without children or friends.
Face coverings will be required to enter the building. We ask that you wear a mask that secures behind the ears so not to interfere with your hair service.
What to expect during service:
Upon entering the building, you will be asked to wash your hands per CDC guidelines.
For now, hand, neck and shoulder massages as well as foot soaks are temporarily discontinued.
Beverage service is also temporarily discontinued.
Magazines will not be provided at this time.
We will be offering limited services temporarily. Please call to check the availability of your service.
No blow dry service at this time. Please come to your appointment with clean (day of) and dry hair. Our intention is to limit the amount of time each guest is in service.
We are going cashless. Payment will be taken only by card, no cash transactions at this time. Tipping can be done during payment with your card transaction.
Product shopping during your visit will be assisted by your service provider. Please come prepared with a list of your needed items.

Are you taking any medications that may include; Accutane, Retinol, Retin A or any Retinoid medications?
Because our products are heavily plant based, and we will be using them during your service, please list any allergies.
